Description of the activities of the SPS/Administrative Processes working group.
The administrative processes project purpose is to create all processes that allow for internal
(between partners and suppliers) and external (consumers) billing. This will result in a design
in which the interaction between consumer, product and price is being shaped. On top of that,
this project functions as a nursery in which the design parameters are tried and tested, before
they are implemented in the field.
Considering the amount of partners from the energy market that are involved, both the internal
(SPS) processes as well as the interaction between the different parties must be aligned.
Therefore the administrative processes are aimed at supporting the billing processes within SPS
and all involved parties. This means that the administrative processes are designed with the
consumer in mind. For the SPS service to be successful, speedy and high quality invoicing is a necessity.
